Just want to say thank you for your help Why chat and to answer Taziblue, I do not live anywhere near miami. Also, I will not give out my personal info. I realize many people can/do read this list looking for info.
Why chat I would like to know about the notice of appearance. My summons just states to appear at a certain time and that the case will not be tried at that time. So it seems that I just have to show up at the court house and sign in. Just wondering if that's the notice of appearance. Also, do I ask them for validation since they didn't add the signed part of the agreement as exhibit A? I hope I can keep my confidence up when I get in to court!
