What does that mean? Have you been sued. Where you legally served according to the laws of New York?

This letter is for accounts past SOLs but has other pertinent info in answering a law suit within SOL. ARE YOU SURE THIS IS WITHIN SOL. When was the last time this account was in good standing.
"judgment was ordered." What does that mean? check with the courthouse and see if there is a judgement against you. Just because something as an attorney's name on it, does not mean that it is NOT a scam. CAs and their lawyers lie and threaten. You need to check things out, make sure you were sued and they do have a judgement. If not.........
