I have linked part of the instructions for answering a lawsuit below.

You should file a notice of appearance to protect yourself from a CA lawyer who fies a BUNCH of cases all at once and sends the Court faxed entries for default judgments. The notic of appearance will be in your case file, and the Court MUST notify you of all proceedings.

A validation request is pointless now, as a hearing is the time when the plaintiff MUST present his proof of his claim.

If you re asked f you owe the debt, simply state "I don't know ,they have given me no account #'s no dates no amounts, and they SEEM to have combined 2 accounts into one claim, I do not know exactly which one they are claiming for, and if they are claiming on two different accounts, I think they should have filed seperate claims so I can tell what they are talking about"
