You need to be more vulger and louder than them. take control.

they usualy hang up on you, and if they do call back in a few days, do it again, and they won't call back at all.

Their premise is to bully you into selling your first born to give them money. Its a matter of control. don't give it to them.

Of note: when the phone rings, think of what you'll say before you pick up the phone, or write down what you'd say, that is what the CA does.
