I had credit protection insurance when I got layes off, it was supposed to pay the payments while I was layed off, they payed one month then stopped sent many letters and phone calls to both the CC and insurance company with terrible results, finally I just did't pay what they owed me. The sold it to NCO and they threatened my wife to send me to jail so she almost payed the balance. This was after I already told them I was disputing the amount and why and sent a letter which they said they didn't have time for. They said they would sue on Friday, etc etc.
I don't mind payinf the amount I offered the CC company I actually owe, but not the extra $70 a month they charged because their own insurance is a fraud.

Any help?
