Cohen & Slamowitz (aka DUMB & DUMBER) are an office of dirtbags. I (or rather my lawyer) am dealing with them right now. They have sued me for an arbitration award won by bigger dirtbags Wolpoff & Abramson(MBNA). Believe me, they will stop at nothing to harass you. They called me at work twice AFTER they knew I was represented by counsel. Their process server staked out my house and followed me, that's how they found out where I work. They sent a phoney information subpena to my job. When my lawyer called them on it, they said it was a mistake, to disregard it. At the time they sent it, they knew full well there is an upcoming court date in early June. They are only sueing me because I own a house, but little do these morons know that it's tenecy by entierties. So I guess they will start going after my salary. I did as JKelly suggested, got rid of the bank accounts, so what else is there to get.(only if they get a judgement of course)
