I kind of recall that Sears had two types of accounts. One was for small charges (charge card) and one was for big ticket items, (no card). Did you charge the appliances?
Cat is right. Credit repair companies usually create more problems than they solve. You can negoiate for yourself and save some money. I read on these boards daily, and credit repair posts are never positive.
