Dear Why Chat & others who will help...

I'm in GA...I've (2) CA's TLs reporting Paid Collection on my CRs, listing med OC's $$amount
<$200..(insurance paid major bill.)
(i paid the med OC after 1 year of CAs, Not the last CA assigned)( 9 months since paid to med.OC)...

Do I have a certain time limit to respond with HIPAA letters?...to get CA TLs removed from CR?...(like SOL on med. malpractice, etc.)

OR...would this be more beneficial "left alone" given 2 other credit card debt circumstances (COs) still within SOL?

Thanks to all of y'all for my continuing credit education...
I samba softly...these days...JamesB
