I have just received notice that Wolpoff & Abramson are sending me to arbitration with NAF. I realize that there is nothing I can do to prevent the NAF from deciding in favor of MBNA/W&A, but what to do afterwords. Can they take that decision to a judge and get a judgement? W&A has not properly validated and in the paperwork that I got was just a copy of the credit agreement, no signature. Aren't there some court rulings that this type of binding arbitration is illegal?
