well, if all else fails, you are allowed to add a statement to your report. i would at least have one saying those are not yours on it. have you contacted the credit companies who claim you were a customer? if so, what did they tell you? have you tried suing them if they cant verfiy it? you can be a AU without having or receiving a card, also. what status is the debts? charged off? age of them? what do they show on your credit?
