is the lowes yours? i would make sure they keep this reported as "in dispute" for now..and keep after sears . if you were a AU, they will report it on your name also. if this is a divorce thing..they also can and will report it on yours also. how old are these? sears says "not responsible" for ???? your not? their not? they are totally responsible for how a account is reported. is the sears a closed account? some of my accounts on my CR are reported as AU with my hbs..some arent. regardless, make sure its disputed until its settled and you can add a statement on your report. have you called lowes? sears? ask for whatever dept handles this..keep asking..go higher up..and get a name to deal with. good luck , cause some things seem never- ending. get the address from experian , if you can, these huge companies have no clue sometimes what one end is doin. and most wont tell you when you have the wrong dept anyways. just keep asking. lowes may not respond if they have sold the account and its a CO. this sh** will drive you nuts, im telling you!! lol...i HATE dealing with CRAs.
