i sue the CRA due the fact they never responded other than item was perviously verfied and nothing else just form letter the court just said no money was to be awarded nothing else it was small claims court the date of charge for lowes is 8/2003 sears not yet but hubby is fling for bk alot credit card debt and is filing solo so it will not affect me i never charged any thing on sears and lowes never!!!! thanks
