sorry, but i have more questions lol. did the other party show up for court? which CRA were you dealing with? all they do is report what is told them. the next disputes will be with the reporting party. does a CA show on your CR? careful stirring up things. what state are you in? his debts..if in both names..may not come off yours. why dont you file together? thats getting beyond my knowledge there. you dont have to charge if your on the account,. in some states like mine..texas, its all joint debt. some dont show on both our reports tho..some do. if nothing else..add a statement to the CR giving your side. but you will have to go back to the OCs on this. not the CRA. ask them to prove why its your debt also. they may can come after you for it , in spite of him doin BK. not sure on that one. you need their proof why your name is on it. start calling! lol...good luck!!
