I just had great success using planetfeedback.com with them, in fact, I was shocked how well it worked, after going round with them for the last 3 weeks, I must have emailed them about 10 times, and talked to 3 different CSRs.

I started with a question on planetfeeback.com, then after 7 days made a complaint there, that said that my question wasn't answered. then I got a call the next day from a exect who was very helpful. I can't tell you how shocked I was to get good service for a change. He even gave me his phone no, in case I had any further trouble.
