question on CR/BK papers to change status on zales

ok..zales wont change reporting me as a CO. it is not..it s included in BK. but to change it, trans union needs my BK papers showing it. what to do? thanks in advance for all ideas. he told me the lawyer should have sent the BK papers to all 3 agencies. one thing is..a lot of accounts in the BK are NOT on the reports and of course, i dont want them on there! what should i do?
