Are they trying to collect from you? If you are not trying to get new credit what does it matter right now. If you send the bk papers you will probably get the stuff that is not on your CR back on your CR. If it is one badie vs. several badies that could come back to haunt you........I'd leave it alone for now. How old is this account, since it was included in bk. (unless someone is trying to collect) it should be pretty old and will drop off automatically. Don't stress out about it. Not healthy.
