i think i may have found me sumthin. i sat a solid hour only to be told to call a diff number at zales aka citibank./ shows charge off BUT never sent to CA. they are reporting it and verfied it 2 weeks ago as a CO. from 4 years ago! so i call the BK dept tomorrow..of course they closed while i sat at the wrong number...but...i think i may have their butt. at least for small claims. what ya think? i am goin for complete deletion of this account off the CRAs. obviously they simply left it as CO..knowing it was a BK. grrrrrrrrrr. i think its rather blatant! ideas, views? valium? xanax? LOL. thanks in advance for any and all views.
