as i am now, you have to go to the OC to dispute this. others may have more ideas...i have spent all day calling and finding numbers and on hold for this very thing with zales. i cant see why anyone would want to do this for fun! each CRA is diff, is all i can tell you. none of the info will ever match up with the other 2. as a AU, the activity is reported on your credit also. personally, i think its all run by morons from some city zoo. :) i still say..make the CRA put a statement in that your disputing it with the OCs.
