Credit card insurance protects card company by tossing you to lions. Another 'insurance' scam. CA violated law by threatening jail, typical of thugs who, fearing jail for their criminal conduct, project it on to you.
Report this threat - that is what it is, an illegal threat - in this order: Police, your physician, FTC and your state AG. Threats not allowed, jail not possible and these vomit bunnies know that. Nail them for that one, be sure to report detrimental effects to health and disability resulting from stress to all physicians. Good evidence for future combat with these sewer pickles.
