whychat - you mentioned that a collection agency cannot combine accounts (with no acct numbers) and then sue with 1 case due to civil rules procedures or something of this nature... can this be used for a dismissal in an answer (eg... motion to dismiss) or am i way off..
if a collection agency is suing, i deny all counts... what are my hopes if this is within the sol.. will the court determine a fair settlement, is it worthwile to try to settle with the plaintiffs attorney?/ just looking for a way to go about this..
state is ohio.. within sol... plaintiff is national check bureau...
it states on the summons, that firstusa (original oc) assigned all rights to them, does this mean that nat'l check bought this acct..

thanks for your help
