I've already been through Arbitration with W&A/NAF
(even after sending both a Validation Request AND an
Arbitration Refusal). They, of course, awarded a
judgement against me. (Surprise, surprise...) Is it too
late to send this letter? I mean, is this basically a
Validation Request, but with more detail? I'm still trying to figure out how to file a Motion to Deny
Arbitation Award for my county (Cook County in Illinois)
but would be open to other avenues of getting these
jerks off my back, as well.
