you can sign up with the do not call list. it does help, altho not 100%. personally, i find it hilarious to answer and tell them to quit calling me. alliance is gonna hear the next time..today, they are in violation of federal law by attempting to collect now. i looked up some texas codes and a company..OC..who knowingly uses a CA who violates is also in violation of the law. think cap1 will get a CRRR letter on that one too. if you can get proof of these calls...turn them in to someone. good luck hon! my hb wont change the number---tried--he says no. have to answer out of area cause of my son. also tell them to remove you from their list--by law, they must do this. someone sold your number..and i bet these calls will get worse for awhile. they are beginning to sue now over the do not call list.
