When did you make your last payment to Chase on an ACTIVE (useable) account.?

What State are you in?

I do not believe you were actually dealing with Chase as an original creditor on this "settlement" offer, it sounds more like a collection agency CLAIMING they were Chase.

Have you pulled your credit reports to see how this (and anything else) is actually being reported?
