I am in Florida and just received a summon asking to response within 20 days.This is regarding credit card accounts of which my last payments was Sep 2003 and was in collection agency for the past months.The summon I got states the plaintiff as the creditors and me as the dependents. Let me know what kind letter to write in response to them. Pls advise.Thanks
