Send Why Chat's letter to refuse arbitration. They can not force you to give up your legal right to due process.
NAF is bios, and they will probably get the arbitration award. BUT, they still have to sue and get a judgement to collect. So, it is more of a scare tactic. Makes the consumer THINK they have to pay. NOT!!
