I bought a car in 2000 and kept the payments up until 2003, when I moved out of state with all intentions of paying for the car.
The car was bought for $20,000 and is now in repo and has been for a little over a year.
I would like to keep the car however I would like to know what legal action could be taken if I do not voluntary release the car soon or if I could start to make payments now that I am able.
