This is in Ga. Last payment about 2 years ago. Accounts have been charged off since at least a year ago, possibly a little more. All three of them are written contracts, one of which they claim was a car loan, when in reality I still have the title although they have the car now. The car was tore up and I had already gotten a new one, so I did not care that they took it, although I think they are suing me over the entire amount of all three loans instead of minus the amount of the car--aren't they supposed to auction it off and sue over what is left? I never told them to list the car on the loan in the first place, he just added it because he felt like he should/could. ANYWAY, rambling thoughts now. Thanks in advance for any help.
