If this is a loan company suing you, then they probably CAN combine your outstanding accounts into one. If it is a 3rd party collection agency, then you have the right to request seperate claims for each account, but you would need to do that in your answer as an affirmative defense. As to the car loan, they can sue you on the car loan without repossession. It is POSSIBLE that this is an illegal "loan sharking" outfit that MAY have cheated you on extra charges usorious interest etc. I suggest you contact legal aid or the Ga. consumer services for help.
