No, your wages are not subject to garnishment, you husband's wages may not be either if he is earning more than you, as there is a Fl. exemption for "Head Of Household.

Are you SURE you are within SOL ?? When was your last payment to the original creditor on an ACTIVE ( in good standing ) account, without any past due or late charges.?
