I thought you were looking for the laws on repossession for Fl., not the UCC § 9 SOL- That is STANDARD in all States and is referenced in the resource material on my website in several areas, particularly in the Repo-deficiency letter.

Or, you can look under "misc. legal stuff" for repo laws.

The UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) has a standard 4 year SOL for actions on defaulted secured loans.
