prob with US mail

my biggest prob is with our mail being stolen...i cant prove they sent it or not to me, i just have to call and ask..which of course they say they have. damn it. i wish the mail would CARE. i cant make them send it to me..certified or tracked or nothing! and boom...its gone. along with everything else. for what----3 months now? 4? getting OLD.
