Once a creditor gets a judgment against me, what can they do to collect the money? People say to "protect your assets" but can't they just send you legal papers requiring that you declare how many assets you have, and where they all are? What good does it do to open another account if they can just dig into that one anyway?

Also, is it possible to just ignore the judgment?

Thanks,

Steve
