American Express had charged me off in 6/00.
I never recived any collection notices from any other CA's on this account. Now, after how long, I receive a notice from AMX that they want to settle my account for 60% AND list it as a "setteled account".
What is your opion on this?
I've lived in Calif. now since 1996, but I think that I opened the account in Wisconsin, maybe in 1994.
