I was paying Discover and dealing with them up until then. They must have turned it over shortly after that and I have never received anything from this Erskine until the summons. This acct. is in my Husband's name not mine, I was just an authorized user. I am the 1st one on the checking acct. The car is in my name. Our house is in my Husbands name. So, if I was an authorized user can they touch anything of mine wages, car etc. What about our house?
