Mann Bracken bought an account and sent me a Dunning Letter stating they were going to proceed with Arbitration based on the contract that I had with the original creditor. Send them a validation request and a Cease and Desist and ask them to send you the signed agreement you had with Mann Bracken to Arbitrate the purported unsubstantiated debt. You won't hear from them again! And they won't get their scam arbitration!
