The thing is that they broke the law by proceeding and not validating when they know they are to validate and give proof of the debt. They don't ever do it and continue with their sham procedure. Doesn't seem like anyone ever comes back at them in a Federal suit or complaints to the FTC and Attorney Generals etc. Why Not? Does anyone ever Motion to Dismiss or seek a void judgment?
