My husband has been served for a Medical bill owed for our son. They are stating the amount owed is 200.00 principal, 73.18 interest & 60.00 court costs plus all future costs of legal filings & interest at the rate allowed by law under OCGA 7-4-16 or as allowed by contractual agreement. (my husband never signed anything, I always took our son and our insurance is through my employer). I have copies of the EOB's from the insurance company & the last bill the Dr. sent which states we owe 60.00 I'm not sure how to answer this summons. Any help would be great. Thanks.
