There has NEVER been a $10,565.00 revolving charge in my name ANYWHERE! Why such an account would show up HAS to be in error! We, my wife and I, have been trying since 9 - 1999 (when we first learned of it) to get to the bottom of this matter. We have made repeated calls (at times being put on hold for over a hour)written several letters (to which there were NO replies) to resolve this problem all to no avail. We have sought info on the company you (HHLD Bank) were to have bought said charge and they don't even and have never existed (could find no history of this company)!
I WANT THIS ACCOUNT REMOVED FROM ALL OUR CREDIT REPORTS IMMEDIATLY!
We have another account with you and it is in good standing.
