Are you sure you are looking at a filed and ENTERED judgment? Is there a book and page #.?? If it is showing as "inactive" then what you are looking at is a filed case that was never completed, and not an entered judgment.If so, there is nothing to "vacate" you can request an expungement fom the records if you wish, but it is doing you no damage.
