To the best of my knowledge the Repo was LEGAL. I was a co-signer so I received the neccesary notices. However, did I have to sign something when the Repo man took possession? The car was at my ex's house (in a different city, same county)when repo occured. Just so I understand (pardon my ignorance):
A defaulted car lease/loan falls under UCC SOL of 4 years. Thanks again.
