First of all the SOL has nothing to do with the tradeline on your CR. It is the time limit the creditor has to sue. That's not your question though. The old negative tradelines will fall off after 7 to 7.5 years. The good tradelines stay for 10 years. So, your credit score will depend on how much good stuff you have reporting on your CR. If you want to improve your credit score, you need a history of on time payments, no lates.
