Well it doesn't show a 0 balance it shows 2,000 more than the charge-off and this is what I've been talking about all week. I got sued by Asset, the one who "bought" the debt and now the OC (Providian) is showing the same amount that Asset is asking for. Providian now shows "update" above the charge-off date and amount. How do I resolve this b.s. Thanks for the help.
