Need help with eviction and judgement!!!

Hello, I have an eviction and judgement from 1997. The eviction should fall off this year on October 15th (exactly seven years). The judgement is dated from 11/19/97....will it fall off this year too? Nobody has made any attempt to ever collect on this judgement. How can I have it vacated (removed) from my credit report permantly? Thanks in advance.
