I kind of figured the CA is trying to push their
hand again - sending a letter from a law office
to scare me into paying them! I've had such
terrible experiences dealing with them that the
mere thought of giving them more money
makes my stomach turn. I do have paper proof
of all my payments since my account was
charged off so at least I'll be prepared if I
receive a summons. I would really hate to
have a lawsuit on my public records though.
