Not an expert here, but that really does not sound right. If Asset is the plaintiff, then I would think they bought the debt. Otherwise, I think the plaintiff would be Providian. AND I assume they have an attorney licensed to practice law in your state. Did you answer the summons. AND, of course you are going to show up and not let them get a default judgement.
Nope never heard of SVC Moon, LLC. Maybe Cat has heard of them. Sounds like this is screwed up royally. Maybe they won't even show up and you can have it dismissed.
