why do you want to send them a validation letter? make them prove it in court. dont tip your hand. i would keep paying the OC..but validation keeps them from contacting you and will encourage a lawsuit. also, why a cease and desist? again...you will force them into suing. be careful , hon. messing with your checking account may be illegal, but it will cost you a bunch to get your money back once they take it. by forging things, they can clean it out. if they know you have one, also they can force you to disclose it and freeze it. if its assigned..only the OC can sue you. using lawyers licensed in your state. i dont know about bonds/licenses in NY but make sure the CA has one, if needed in NY. texas only needs a bond. i sure would be careful sending those letters tho...just my opinion :)
