I do know in Tx that the judgement is for 10yrs and renewable, but has anyone ever checked if it actually can be reported to a CRA if renewed.

I mean just because it is renewable under state law, doesn't automatcially mean that it can be "renewed" on our credit reports more than Federal Law allows, does it?

Any thoughts -- anyone?
