URGENT: Must Reply To Summons in 2 Days

I am in WA and the last payment was made 05/01/03. I recieved a summons from and law office representing Citibank. Does anyone have or is there a template I can use to create the "Notice of Appearance" or the "Answer" letter I need to send them to respond to the summons. Should I send them an SOL letter, if not, when? And what should I do in regards to protecting my assets? Should I get a nevada corp to protect my assets. Please Reply ASAP.
