Well, I want them to validate the debt and I have sent them letters for them to do so. Up to this point they have only sent me statements. Should I ask for the validation again? What should I do in regards to my assets?

Also, I am only a signer on the account and they are mainly going after my spouse. On the summons, they only have my spouses name on it. Am I ok? Can I be primary on an account and have my wife on it, and they cannot go after the money in the account?
