hoping others chime in here. i think the repo would show 7 years but a judgement maybe longer..not sure. maybe bob3 is. on a repo..and read whychats link...they will auction the car and come after you for the difference in what is owed. they must send you papers on this, proving it. this is my understanding...someone correct me if im wrong, please! make sure whoever is collecting is bonded in texas to collect.
